Alexandra has always loved baking and set up this business in 2009. She caters for a diverse client base, including local cafes and makes cakes for all occasions - from lavish wedding celebrations to a cake for teatime.
Cakes are freshly baked, and cupcakes are baked on the day they are to be eaten - whilst they have a shelf life of several days, you cannot beat the taste of sponge baked that day, it does make a difference!
All cakes and treats are made from ingredients of the highest quality. Scottish free range eggs, Scottish butter and Madagascan vanilla extract, for example.
Preferences for organic ingredients are accommodated with pleasure and Alexandra is happy to supply baking to meet a variety of dietary needs, such as gluten free.
Alexandra is registered as a food business with Fife Council and as such, has a food hygiene certificate for her premises.
